ATLA's Reciprocal Borrowing Program

Dear MASL Students,

We have an exciting development regarding borrowing privileges for our MASL students. Recently the library has become an Institutional Member with the American Theological Library Association and has joined in ATLA’s Reciprocal Borrowing Program. What this means for you, is that you can visit any participating ATLA Institution in your area and borrow materials.
There are a few procedures you will need to follow:
·         Identify if there is an ATLA Reciprocal Borrowing School in your Area – See Map,
·         Present your Life Pacific College ID to the lending library and inform them that Life participates in the ATLA Reciprocal Borrowing Program,
·         Fulfill any requirements determined by the lending library – This may mean the purchase of a library card or other lending requirements.
These are your Responsibilities as the borrower:
·         Be a patron in good standing at a participating library.
·         Be prepared to show proof of current enrollment at a participating library.
·         Be informed about and abide by the rules and policies of the libraries they use.
·         Return materials in a timely fashion according to the rules of the lending library.
·         Assume responsibility for all materials borrow
